Process
The same four stages whether we are rebuilding the website or the automations.
What we hand over changes. The discipline does not. Every project starts with a paid look at what is actually wrong, and ends with a runbook your team can actually use.
We look before we build. We build in the open. We hand it back so it runs without us.
- 01
Look before we build
We start with what is actually wrong, not the wishlist you wrote to us. Two sessions, one written plan, and a scope that reflects what your business needs.
- 02
Design in flats
Art direction, system, and flow. Shown in flats first so decisions happen early, before code has opinions.
- 03
Build in the open
Staff-level engineering on Next.js, Wix Studio, or whatever fits the work. Handed back in visible increments, not big-bang reveals.
- 04
Hand it back
We train your team on the tools we used, document the seams, and stay on retainer if you want the continuity.
